Attire
Cocktail dress or Indian formal attire is recommended: suits, long or short dresses, sarees, lehengas, salwar kameez, kurtas, formal jumpsuits, and formal separates are all welcome.
Our ceremony and the reception dance floor will be outdoors, so please wear shoes you're comfortable wearing on grass. September evenings in Detroit can be a bit chilly, so it's a good idea to bring a light sweater, jacket, or shawl.
Fall tones and bright colors are encouraged (not required)!

What to Expect
We will be having a brief outdoor ceremony in the Scarab Club courtyard, starting promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive on time to avoid disruptions to the ceremony! The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, then music and dancing in the outdoor courtyard, weather permitting.
